Luca Write : The rule of desire (2026)

After escaping a controlling marriage, art restorer Elena Ferri accepts an unusual assignment at Villa Valenti, a secluded estate on Lake Como. Its enigmatic owner, Andrea Valenti, asks her to restore a damaged fresco under strict conditions: complete confidentiality and no access to the villa’s east wing.

But when Elena discovers a photograph of her mother among Andrea’s documents, she realizes she was not chosen by chance.

Hidden beneath layers of paint lies a mystery involving a missing masterpiece, forged artworks, and secrets connecting their families. As Elena searches for answers, her attraction to Andrea grows into a passionate relationship—one threatened by his withheld truths and the unwelcome return of her former husband.

To confront the dangers surrounding them, Elena and Andrea must learn that love cannot survive through control, and trust cannot be built on silence.

The Rule of Desire is an adult romantic suspense novel about passion, renewal, and the courage to choose freely. While the first volume brings one mystery to a close, its final pages reveal a new secret—and open the door to the next installment.
